  • An associate from our office will help fit your new product specifically to you in about 10-15 minutes. We are flexible with your schedule. If unable to come to our office we make home visits as well.

  • We accept most major insurances, we will verify your benefits and inform you of any out of pocket expense. Please contact our office if you have any billing questions. We also have financial assistance plans.

  • Majority of products have a 3-6 month limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty varies with some products. Please contact us by taking a picture of defect and texting it to 719-309-0060

  • The best way to clean your brace is to wipe it down with warm water and mild soap and let it air dry completely.

  • Most products cannot be returned. Each product we carry is unique and not all products that we offer can be returned. Visit our products page and go to the website of each product to see their return policy. If you are not sure please contact us.

  • Please call us 719-309-0060, in order to expedite the process, DO NOT call your doctors office as they will refer you to us.
